Modular MEP Utility Pods

Utility Pods as well as bathroom pods are becoming a very popular product to be produced offsite and delivered to site fully completed. All mechanical and electrical services are fully fitted out to reduce the installation time on site to a small percentage of the typical time it would take.

Our pods are built using a steel frame, welded together, and boarded with the finish of your choice, all made to the architects and mechanical consultants’ specification. They undergo a testing procedure and go through a quality check at the factory, before being fixed into place and connected on site.

Heat interface units (HIUs) to deliver hot water and heating for each home, avoiding the need for individual gas boilers
Mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) units to circulate fresh air and recover heat for energy-efficient re-use
